Submit order
If you decide for one of our products, you can add to your order using the "Add to Cart" button. Pressing the "Shopping Cart" symbol at the top right-hand side of the page will take you directly to your shopping cart where you can view and alter its contents. To order the selected products, click on "Checkout" and you will be guided step-by-step through the ordering process. You will then be asked whether you would like to order using a customer account with the "Register" button or as a visitor purchaser with the "Buy as Guest" button. We recommend ordering using a customer account since it offers a range of extras and benefits in addition to simply managing your order and contact data. During the next steps you will be asked for your personal data, then you can choose your shipping and payment methods. You have the option of providing a different delivery address and having your package sent to an address of your choice. The invoice will be included in the delivery and is not sent separately.
You will have the chance to take a final look at your details in the order overview presented during the last step.
The order process is only completed once you have clicked on the “Order with an obligation to pay“ button.
Order status
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once the order has been successfully placed. A separate shipping confirmation email will sent once we have sent your order.
Please contact customer service if you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation.
Registered customers can also view the status of their order via their customer account (Customer login - Your account) under "My Orders".
We will inform you by email in the event of an item not being available at the time we process your order.
Changing an order | Cancelling an order
Should you wish to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer service before receiving your shipping confirmation.
Please be aware that we cannot make any changes once the shipping confirmation has been sent. You can make use of your right of cancellation once you have received your goods.
